No. PurrrSkn is not about changing your natural skin tone. Our tone-focused products are designed to improve the look of visible dark marks and uneven-looking tone over time.

We do not formulate around harsh bleaching agents. The goal is healthier-looking, more even skin — not a different complexion.

No. Skin is skin. PurrrSkn can be used by anyone dealing with the concerns our products are designed for, as long as the products are used on appropriate external skin and according to the directions.

Not necessarily. Start with what your skin actually needs. If your main concern is dark marks, ingrowns, irritation or dryness, our Find Your Purrrfect Routine guide will point you in the right direction.

If you want the full routine, the order is: PurrrClean → PurrrSmooth → PurrrBright → PurrrGlow → PurrrRepair.

You can build toward a complete routine, but we recommend introducing treatment products gradually rather than starting multiple actives at once. That makes it easier to see what your skin tolerates well.

For maintenance, start with 2–3 times per week on clean, dry, intact skin if your skin tolerates it. Do not apply to fresh cuts, raw skin or open bumps.

Start once daily. If your skin is comfortable after consistent use, you can gradually build to twice daily. More is not always better — consistency matters more than overdoing it.

Yes. PurrrSmooth can be used immediately after shaving on clean, dry, intact external skin. Skip any areas with cuts, nicks, raw skin or active irritation.

After waxing, use PurrrSmooth only once the skin is clean, dry and intact. PurrrChill is a good cooling step when intact skin feels warm or stressed. We recommend skipping PurrrBright immediately after hair removal and resuming once the skin feels calm again.

Apply a PurrrRescue patch to clean, completely dry, intact skin over the individual trouble spot. Leave it in place for at least 6 hours or overnight.

Do not apply over broken, weeping or infected-looking skin.

Hydration and comfort can improve relatively quickly, but bumps and visible dark marks usually need more patience. Tone-focused skincare works gradually, so think in weeks, not days.

Results vary depending on your skin, how often the area is irritated, your hair-removal routine and how consistently you use your products.

Patch test first and introduce one new treatment product at a time. If you experience persistent stinging, burning, worsening redness or irritation, stop using the product. PurrrSmooth contains essential oils, so take extra care if your skin reacts to them.

Do not assume that every active skincare product is appropriate during pregnancy or breastfeeding. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or trying to conceive, speak with your doctor or other qualified healthcare professional before using treatment products and show them the full ingredient list.

Please seek medical advice if a bump becomes very painful, rapidly enlarges, repeatedly drains, the surrounding redness is spreading, you develop fever, or you keep getting deep recurrent lumps in the same areas.

PurrrSkn is cosmetic skincare and is not a substitute for medical treatment.

For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges on intimate/personal-care products once they’ve been opened or used. Requests involving unopened items are reviewed case by case.
