These Terms of Service govern your use of purrrskn.com and purchases made through the PurrrSkn online store. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms, subject always to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

About PurrrSkn

PurrrSkn is a skincare brand operating from Trinidad and Tobago. The online store is hosted by Shopify.

Products and availability

We aim to present product descriptions, images, ingredients, prices and availability accurately. Packaging, colour and appearance may vary slightly from screen images. We may correct errors or update information where necessary.

Cosmetic use only

PurrrSkn skincare products are cosmetic products for external use as directed. Website content is educational and is not a substitute for individual medical diagnosis or treatment. Stop use if significant irritation occurs and seek appropriate medical advice where needed.

Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may contact you if there is an inventory, pricing, payment, delivery or order-detail issue. If we cannot fulfil a paid order, we will arrange an appropriate refund or other remedy.

Payment

Current checkout payment is by bank transfer. Orders remain pending until payment is received and confirmed. Please use the order number as the payment reference and follow the instructions shown after checkout.

Delivery

Current delivery is within Trinidad and Tobago. Trinidad orders are sent via oDeliver using the delivery tier selected at checkout, while Tobago orders are sent via TTPost Courier. Delivery targets are estimates and may be affected by carrier operations, weather, traffic, address accuracy or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Returns and consumer rights

Returns and redress are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable consumer law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Website use

You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with site security, use the site for unlawful purposes, or copy PurrrSkn content in a way that infringes our rights or the rights of others.

Intellectual property

PurrrSkn names, branding, original website copy, graphics, photographs and other original content remain protected to the extent provided by applicable law. No permission is granted to reproduce them for commercial use without prior written consent.
