About PurrrSkn
PurrrSkn is a skincare brand operating from Trinidad and Tobago. Our online store is hosted by Shopify.
Products and availability
We aim to present product descriptions, ingredients, photographs, prices and availability accurately. Packaging, colour and appearance may vary slightly from screen images. We reserve the right to correct errors or update information where necessary.
Cosmetic use only
PurrrSkn skincare products are cosmetic products intended for external use as directed. Information on this website is educational and is not a substitute for individual medical diagnosis or treatment.
Orders
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may contact you if there is an inventory, pricing, payment, delivery or order-detail issue. If we cannot fulfil an order that has already been paid for, we will arrange an appropriate refund or other remedy.
Payment
Current checkout payment is by bank transfer. Orders remain pending until payment has been received and confirmed. Please follow the payment instructions displayed after checkout and use your order number as the payment reference.
Delivery
PurrrSkn currently delivers within Trinidad and Tobago using the shipping options displayed at checkout. Trinidad deliveries are handled using oDeliver, while Tobago deliveries are handled using TTPost Courier. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by carrier operations, weather, traffic, address accuracy or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Returns and consumer rights
Returns and redress are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable consumer law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Website use and intellectual property
You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with site security, or reproduce PurrrSkn branding, photographs, graphics, copy or other original material for commercial purposes without permission.
